FIRST SHIPMENT PREP

Bring the supplier stock and the instructions together.

Start with the product, approximate quantity, supplier ready dates and destination program. Agree receiving and checks first, then approve the unit labels, packing and carton records for the batch.

The China preparation scope can include consolidation, label review, kitting or rework where accepted. Each task and its charge belongs in the quotation.

Three levels. Three checks.

Connect the individual product, the packed carton and the warehouse delivery. Each level answers a different receiving question.

A USEFUL FIRST MESSAGE

Discuss the actual prep batch.

Share the details you have on WhatsApp or Telegram. Mark anything still undecided so the team can identify the next step.

Your prep brief

  • Marketplace program / country
  • SKUs / quantities / variants
  • Supplier references / ready dates
  • Approved identifier / label files
  • Existing packaging / photos
  • Required prep / kit instructions
  • Destination / target release date
Supporting details for the scope
  • SKU list with quantities and platform identifiers
  • Supplier delivery references, expected carton contents and agreed counting level
  • Final label files and current platform instructions
  • Unit and carton dimensions, weights and packaging photos
  • Destination plan, carton mapping and appointment responsibility

Agree the scope before work begins.

Barcode eligibility, unit limits and receiving rules vary by platform and can change. Prep approval does not guarantee warehouse acceptance; the final seller shipment plan remains essential.

Confirm materials, labor, storage, transport, destination charges and the release approval in writing. See the pricing scope for the cost categories.

Agree quantity reconciliation and product inspection as separate checks, with the counting level, sample or unit coverage and evidence stated in the scope.

Keep the next stage connected.

Go deeper on the two approvals.

Service scope and responsibilities.

Which preparation tasks are included?

The written scope identifies the actual label, packing, counting, kit and carton tasks. Materials, inspection depth, storage and freight are confirmed as separate cost categories or explicitly included lines.

Can goods arrive from several suppliers?

Share each supplier’s references, expected SKU quantities and ready dates. Receiving and component reconciliation can then be connected to the prep allocation.

Who supplies the platform labels and shipment files?

The seller supplies or approves the current identifiers, label files and receiving instructions for the accepted program. Product labels, carton labels and the destination shipment plan remain separate records.

What happens when labels or quantities change?

Check which stock is unprocessed, prepared or already released. Relabeling, repacking or an allocation change needs an updated instruction and approval of any added work.

Can I request an urgent batch?

Share the date, stock readiness and available files. Processing and handover timing are confirmed around capacity, product acceptance and the approvals still needed.

Can already prepared stock move to another channel?

Review the existing barcode, packaging and carton mapping first. A channel change may need relabeling or other work, which should be quoted and approved.

When can preparation begin?

After the relevant stock, approved files and instructions are available. Product acceptance, sample approval and unresolved discrepancies may affect the start.

Preparation evidence before marketplace release

Before approving release, reconcile the label file, prepared quantity, carton measurements and carrier handoff instructions.

For a trial batch, follow the sample approval and carton-record sequence, then repeat the affected check when a label or packaging instruction changes.

OPERATIONS RECORD

Agree the packing instructions before work begins. Record the finished carton dimensions, gross weight, and approved packing version before dispatch.

Shared Jeton Express operations photo. Request the evidence agreed for your own batch.

  1. Label version: Keep the seller-approved label file, SKU mapping and shipment-plan reference together. Identify the version used for the prepared batch.
  2. Prepared quantity: Record units prepared, units held for exceptions and the cartons assigned to the release. Reconcile remaining stock before approving another batch.
  3. Packing approval: Agree protective materials and label placement. Request the agreed photos and final carton dimensions and weights before release.
  4. Handoff: Confirm the receiving destination and current seller or destination shipment instructions. A preparation record and carrier acceptance are separate events.
