| Change record | What it connects |
|---|---|
| Affected stock | SKU, quantity, supplier or shipment reference |
| Evidence | The agreed photos, counts or inspection findings |
| Proposed action | Rework, replacement, hold or another agreed disposition |
| Cost & timing | Additional charges and the effect on preparation or dispatch |
| Seller decision | Approval or an alternative instruction before execution |
| Updated records | The revised stock balance, work version and release instruction |
A shortage, damage report or mismatched label may affect only part of a shipment. Identify the held quantity explicitly; any release of the remaining allocation needs its own approved record.
Review the exception workflowTransport estimates, destination availability and return acceptance depend on the confirmed shipment. Agree insurance options, loss limits and claims procedures in the written commercial agreement.
For an issue report, retain the shipment reference and relevant photographs, stock records and carrier documents. Confirm any required notice period with the team.
Share the product, quantity, destination and current instructions. Connect the included work with its counting level, accepted file version, charges and records before authorizing the batch.
If the plan changes, identify the affected stock and obtain an updated work instruction. The first batch and any later release each follow their own agreed scope.
