EUROPE / PREP BRIEF

ManoMano

ManoMano
Prepared in China.

Prepare DIY and garden inventory for the seller’s confirmed dispatch operation or accepted ManoExpress fulfillment intake.

Identify the operating model.

ManoMano’s current official UK seller page calls its fulfillment offering ManoExpress: products fulfilled by ManoMano. Its UK delivery guidance also describes seller-specific carriers and delivery terms. Confirm the account’s accepted service and destination before choosing replenishment or order-preparation files.

Connect the stock stages.

  1. 01

    Choose the operating model

Obtain the marketplace country, accepted seller account and actual dispatch or ManoExpress intake instruction. A service name does not replace the operator’s current destination and product acceptance.

  2. 02

    Reconcile project quantities

Match tool versions, fitting sizes, pack counts and bundled accessories. Keep a set sold as one article distinct from loose units that share the supplier’s carton.

  3. 03

    Agree product handling

Specify protection for cutting edges, long handles, brittle fittings or finished surfaces. Identify liquids, aerosols and battery-containing tools for shipment-specific handling review before routing.

  4. 04

    Approve the handover record

Reconcile cartons and accepted stock references for replenishment. For seller-dispatched orders, link each packed allocation to the seller’s carrier, label and tracking arrangement.

Approve the preparation records.

Service allocationCurrent ManoExpress intake packet or seller order filesUse only the accepted destination and label set; keep customer tracking separate from upstream replenishment transit.

Resolve the exception.

Planning example: A drill listing includes a charger, but supplier cartons contain bare tools. Keep those units out of the complete-kit allocation and ask the seller whether to complete the kit or assign a different approved SKU.

This illustrates a stock decision and is not a customer case or a platform penalty claim.

Plan returns and stock withdrawal.

Distinguish the seller’s order-return route from fulfillment stock recovery or rejected intake. Record missing parts, signs of use and visible damage before an agreed disposition. Any powered-tool testing, local receiving service or bulky collection needs a separate accepted scope.

Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.

Prepare the shipment brief.

Discuss the scope directly with the team. Receiving, preparation, freight and any destination work are confirmed for the product and route.

When the shipment needs a bulky-goods handover.
