Prepared in China.
Prepare China stock for replenishment to the Trusted Seller’s confirmed Australian dispatch operation, with multi-carton and bulky-product records ready for handover.
Identify the operating model.
Bunnings Marketplace describes online products delivered by third-party Trusted Sellers. Its public FAQ describes dispatch locations across Australia; confirm the seller’s actual accepted dispatch arrangement. Its sale terms make the relevant seller responsible for delivery and show seller-specific delivery and return conditions on product pages. For an accepted Australian stock operation, China preparation supplies the seller’s confirmed replenishment destination.
Connect the stock stages.
- 01
Confirm the seller’s operation
Identify the accepted Marketplace account, actual Australian receiver and local dispatch operator. Obtain that operator’s intake instructions before assigning a China batch.
- 02
Check product completeness
Match the listing’s model and variant with supplier units. For furniture or equipment, reconcile component cartons, fittings, manuals and any agreed accessory checks.
- 03
Build the replenishment record
Keep each carton associated with its product set, quantity and final dimensions. Agree protection and handling with the carrier; do not infer acceptance from a category listing.
- 04
Prepare customer handover
Provide the local operator with the complete stock record. For bulky orders, agree the actual delivery service and any access or appointment information before stock is released to that operator.
Approve the preparation records.
| Control point | Seller file or confirmation | China preparation decision |
|---|---|---|
| Dispatch location | Seller’s Australian receiver and intake reference | Keep supplier replenishment distinct from the Marketplace customer-order delivery promise. |
| Multi-carton identity | Product-set map, component count and carton photos | Hold incomplete sets and ensure the local operator can identify every carton belonging to one item. |
| Delivery scope | Packed dimensions and accepted local service | Confirm operator handling and destination acceptance for each bulky or restricted product. |
Resolve the exception.
Planning example: A flat-pack desk has two component cartons, but only the main carton is allocated to replenishment. Hold that product set, reconcile the missing fittings carton and update the receiving record before release.
This illustrates a stock decision and is not a customer case or a platform penalty claim.
Plan returns and stock withdrawal.
Bunnings’ Marketplace sale terms point buyers to the individual Trusted Seller’s refunds and returns policy. Agree an authorized receiver and reference for each return; avoid using a store address or parcel sender address without confirmation. Record which component cartons and accessories arrived, then obtain a seller decision on restock, parts replacement, rework or another disposition.
Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.
