What must be agreed before a local return is sent?

SinoWarehousing coordinates local return receiving and inspection after the executing operator accepts the product, destination and handling scope. Before sending a parcel, confirm the receiving address and identification instructions. Keep the order, SKU, parcel reference, received quantity, observed condition and accessories connected, then obtain the seller’s written stock decision. Receipt alone does not establish resale eligibility or authorize a refund. Restock, repacking, consolidation, replacement or disposal must follow the accepted scope and approved instruction. A replacement requires a separate dispatch record linked to the original return.

BEFORE LOCAL RETURN RECEIVING

Decide whether recovery is worth the work.

Compare the expected recoverable stock value with receiving, inspection, storage, rework and onward transport costs before approving a return route. Damaged, low-value or restricted products may need a different disposition.

Confirm the destination operator

Agree who executes the receiving and checks, which products are accepted and the address instructions for that scope.

Approve the handling decision

Connect condition evidence to the seller’s decision to restock, repack, consolidate, replace or dispose, where accepted.

Local returns are separately scoped by product and destination. Obtain the accepted receiving arrangement before directing any parcels to a return address.

A USEFUL FIRST MESSAGE

Check the return route before parcels move.

Share the details you have on WhatsApp or Telegram. Mark anything still undecided so the team can identify the next step.

  • Condition / component concerns
  • Inspection / requested disposition

Confirm the address before the parcel is sent

Before sending returns, confirm the receiving address, accepted product type, parcel identification and handling instructions. Receipt and inspection do not automatically mean an item is suitable for resale. Destination and handling availability require shipment-specific acceptance.

TWO MOVEMENTS, ONE EXCHANGE

Keep the return and
replacement connected.

A replacement needs its own approved dispatch record. Link it to the original return while keeping the customer remedy with the seller or marketplace process.

THE HANDOVER RECORD

Turn condition evidence into a stock decision.

Link the physical return to the order before deciding whether to restock, rework, replace or dispose. Separate the customer remedy from the warehouse instruction.

Records to include in the agreed scope

  1. 01

    Order and SKU-linked receiving record

  2. 02

Condition evidence under the agreed inspection criteria

  3. 03

    Approved disposition and additional charges

  4. 04

Replacement or stock-recovery reference where in scope

Connect the instruction with the return record.

Agree the parcel reference, condition evidence and inspection scope with the receiving operator. Keep that record linked to the seller’s approved stock disposition.

Agree the scope before work begins.

Local receiving and handling are subject to the destination operator’s product acceptance and agreed service scope. Customer remedies follow the relevant seller or platform return process. Local stock handling is agreed separately. Use only the return address approved for the shipment.

Confirm materials, labor, storage, transport, destination charges and the release approval in writing. See the pricing scope for the cost categories.

Plan approved handling and onward movement.

Service scope and responsibilities.

What do you need before confirming a return address?

The country, selling channel, product details, likely condition and expected volume. The executing operator must accept the actual receiving and inspection scope before parcels are directed there.

Can opened products return to sellable stock?

Opened does not establish a resale grade. Compare the identity, completeness, condition and packaging evidence with the seller’s agreed disposition criteria and the receiving channel’s requirements.

Does inspection include repair or functional testing?

The inspection level is stated in the scope. Repair, functional testing, refurbishment or specialist handling must be separately accepted for the product and destination.

How is a replacement connected to the original return?

Keep the returned-stock record and approved disposition with a separate replacement record: SKU, quantity, available stock, recipient and dispatch authorization.

Which charges should the return scope identify?

Check receiving, inspection, storage, repacking, stock recovery, replacement transport and disposal where applicable. Approve additional work before the stock instruction is carried out.

Can customers send returns to the Guangzhou address?

Only after the team accepts that particular receiving route. Overseas customers need an approved return route; the company address is not a universal return address.

Does local receiving include a customer refund?

Customer remedies follow the relevant seller or platform return process. Physical receiving, inspection, disposition and replacement work is agreed separately; a local stock receipt does not authorize a refund.
