WHEN THIS SERVICE FITS

Stock in China.
Shipments on your instruction.

Several suppliers, different ready dates

Receive each delivery against its reference. Decide which accepted stock can proceed and which goods wait for another supplier or an unresolved check.

One product, several sales channels

Reserve quantities by program and country. Keep label files and packing versions separate before preparing the same physical SKU for different destinations.

A smaller first release

Discuss an initial batch and the stock to remain in China. Confirm the storage scope and review date for goods awaiting the next instruction.

Repeat batches of the same kit

Keep the accepted kit specification with later instructions. Check component availability, packaging changes and complete-kit quantities for each batch.

For seasonal stock, include supplier ready dates, target destinations and release priorities in the brief. Handling scope, capacity, timing and charges are confirmed for the actual shipment.

THE REPLENISHMENT CYCLE

Agree the next batch before it moves.

  1. 01 / RECEIVE

    Reconcile supplier arrivals

Connect supplier references, SKU quantities and agreed checks. Record shortages or affected stock separately.

  2. 02 / RESERVE

    Allocate the next release

The seller provides quantities, channel, country and receiving requirements. Check those quantities against the reviewed balance.

  3. 03 / PREPARE

    Approve the label and package

Use the accepted file version and finished sample. Rework or a channel change needs a separate instruction and any revised charge.

  4. 04 / RELEASE

    Record the handover

Approve final cartons and transport scope, record the dispatch reference and reconcile the stock remaining in China.

Each replenishment batch follows seller-approved instructions. Stock records, the reporting method and review frequency are agreed in the service scope.

BEFORE THE NEXT RELEASE

Keep available stock separate from waiting stock.

Expected supplier goods, received stock, reserved quantities and goods held for a decision have different meanings. Agree the counting level and the date of each balance review.

Prepare a stock handover with a state, location and timestamp so the next release uses a dated quantity with its reservations and unresolved checks still visible.

Review channel allocation

ILLUSTRATIVE STOCK PLAN

One SKU, three stock decisions.

A planning example: 1,000 accepted units are allocated after receiving. These quantities are illustrative and do not describe a customer shipment.

AllocationQuantityNext instruction
Walmart WFS / first release400 unitsApprove the current unit identifier, packaging and destination shipment plan.
TikTok Shop FBT / separate release300 unitsConfirm the program, barcode version and accepted inbound request.
Remain in China / unallocated300 unitsAgree storage and the review point; a later channel allocation needs fresh approval.

After a release, keep its dispatch quantity separate from stock still physically held in China. Track delivery and destination receiving against the shipment reference.

START WITH YOUR STOCK

Agree the release, the hold and the next review.

Share the product, SKU quantities, suppliers, channels and destination countries. Identify how much should leave first, how much should remain in China and when the balance should next be reviewed. Leave unknown dates or measurements open for discussion.

Receiving, product handling, storage capacity and destination arrangements require acceptance for the actual stock. Sourcing, freight and local returns can be scoped separately.
