LATIN AMERICA / MEXICO / PREP BRIEF
Liverpool MarketplaceLiverpool Marketplace
Prepared in China.
Prepare China replenishment for the accepted seller’s Mexico operation, with stock identity, local dispatch files and the seller’s return receiver agreed before release.
Identify the operating model.
Liverpool’s official seller portal requires order-fulfillment, invoicing and returns capacity. Its FAQ describes carrier dispatch, returns through stores back to the seller’s warehouse, and a separate storage option for certain heavy products. General fulfillment is described as under development; that is not an available warehouse-intake promise. Confirm the enabled arrangement with the seller’s account contact.
Connect the stock stages.
- 01
Confirm the accepted operation
Identify the active seller, actual stock location, Mexico receiver and local dispatch operator. Request explicit approval and intake files for any storage service before allocating inventory to it.
- 02
Reconcile supplier stock
Match seller SKUs, variants, condition and accessories to purchase and inventory records. Separate new and refurbished units using the seller’s approved descriptions and allocation.
- 03
Approve packaging and documents
Agree product protection, carton sequence and finished dimensions. The responsible seller supplies local invoice and fiscal records; physical preparation preserves the matching quantities and references.
- 04
Connect local order handover
Provide the receiving record for replenishment. Customer orders need their own current labels, carrier and tracking evidence; bulky handling requires the executing operator’s accepted scope.
Approve the preparation records.
| Control point | Seller file or confirmation | China preparation decision |
|---|---|---|
| Stock destination | Seller-approved Mexico receiver and stock allocation | Hold unapproved storage or uncertain-origin allocations. |
| Product condition | SKU, condition and accessory specification | Keep refurbished units and incomplete sets distinguishable. |
| Parcel or bulky scope | Final measurements and accepted dispatch instruction | Resolve handling or label mismatches before release. |
Resolve the exception.
Planning example: A two-carton furniture set arrives with one accessory pack missing. Hold the linked set and obtain the seller’s completion decision before Mexico replenishment.
This illustrates a stock decision and is not a customer case or a platform penalty claim.
Plan returns and stock withdrawal.
The portal’s store return channel leads back to the seller’s warehouse; it does not authorize sending returns to any store or unrelated warehouse. Confirm the current account route and actual receiver, then connect each received unit to its order, condition and accessory record. Restock, rework and any return to China require seller approval and shipment-specific acceptance.
Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.
