Wayfair describes supplier-managed receiving and inspection, as well as Wayfair-managed returns for eligible suppliers. Confirm which model applies before creating another local return route.
Before inventory moves.
- Current operating or routing guide and confirmed program eligibility
- UPC and UCC-128 files, item mapping and multi-carton SKU instructions
- Finished sizes, weights, product protection and pallet/unloading requirements
- Appointment owner, return-to-vendor instructions and local receiving acceptance
Send the destination market, fulfillment model and current seller instructions. China preparation, freight and local services are reviewed before shipment acceptance.
