Shopee Singapore’s FBS agreement covers Singapore fulfillment and explicitly excludes products sold under a cross-border seller account. This reference does not establish FBS access in other Shopee markets.
Prepare the shipment.

Identify the account
Confirm country, local or cross-border seller status, and the accepted warehouse or parcel route.

Map the intake
For an accepted local warehouse plan, reconcile the product quantities with the delivery note. For parcels, use the actual order and routing files.

Approve preparation
Review the identifier, unit protection and label placement for that country and program.

Release the allocation
Approve the prepared count and current receiving reference; keep other country stock separate.
Bring the right records.
- Seller country and local or cross-border account model
- Warehouse delivery note or parcel route instructions
- SKU quantities, approved identifiers and unit packaging photos
- Confirmed importer, destination operator and receiving arrangement
Send these records through WhatsApp or Telegram. Receiving, preparation, freight and destination handling are quoted for the confirmed product and route.
Resolve a mismatch.
Planning example: A cross-border parcel allocation is packed as a Singapore FBS replenishment. Hold it until the seller confirms the account model and approved route.

Plan returns and stock recovery.
Distinguish customer returns handled under the fulfillment program from stock removal or damaged inventory collection. Agree which operator receives each movement and obtain the approved address.
Destination availability, restricted handling and the receiving address require shipment-specific acceptance. Confirm the address before stock or customer parcels move.
