At a glance

You can browse, read guides and download templates without submitting a business inquiry. Service conversations take place directly through WhatsApp or Telegram.

1. Responsibility and scope

JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED operates SinoWarehousing. Our corporate contact address and project details appear in Legal Information. This notice covers this website and information our team receives in connection with its inquiries and agreed services.

For our own business contacts, quotations and administration, we determine the relevant purposes of use. When handling your customers’ delivery information solely on your instructions, the parties’ data roles, processing instructions and any required data-processing agreement should be confirmed before records are transferred. Messaging platforms, carriers and authorities may separately determine purposes under their own obligations.

2. Information you choose to share

  • Business contact and conversation details: name, company or store, telephone number, messaging identifier, contact preferences, messages and relevant follow-up records.
  • Inventory and service details: product and supplier links, SKUs, quantities, photographs, inspection instructions, packaging requirements, destination, shipping references and quotation records.
  • Fulfillment and returns data, when needed for an agreed service: sender and recipient names, delivery and return addresses, telephone numbers, order identifiers, tracking references, invoices, customs records and issue-resolution evidence.

Provide accurate information and only share another person’s data when you have authority and an appropriate basis to do so. Initial feasibility discussions usually need product, quantity and destination information rather than a full customer list. Without necessary delivery or compliance details, we may be unable to perform the corresponding service.

3. Website requests, tools and downloads

Systems serving this site may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information, referring pages and errors to deliver pages, maintain security and investigate technical problems. URL parameters may appear in server logs; do not put confidential information into a page URL.

Public guides and downloads do not require registration or a submitted inquiry. Completing a downloaded inventory or shipment file does not upload it to us. Share it through an agreed channel only when needed for your service.

Some pages let you copy a message outline to your clipboard. Copying runs only when you choose that action; it does not send a message or save a business inquiry. Public filters run in the page and the reviewed theme does not intentionally persist your entries in localStorage or sessionStorage.

WordPress may use its emoji-support cache in sessionStorage and may request fallback images from s.w.org. See the Cookie Policy for the current functional storage inventory.

4. Why information is used and applicable grounds

  • Responding and planning: review feasibility, answer questions, prepare quotations and clarify the work you request. Depending on the applicable law and whose data is involved, this may rely on requested pre-contractual steps, contract performance or permitted legitimate business interests.
  • Performing an agreed service: receive and identify stock, carry out agreed checks, prepare parcels, coordinate shipping and handle returns or claims. Use of customer data must also match the agreed instructions and relevant processing role.
  • Administration and obligations: keep necessary transaction records, meet accounting, customs or other legal requirements, and establish or defend claims. The relevant ground may be a legal obligation or a permitted legitimate interest.
  • Security: operate and protect systems, investigate misuse and resolve errors, subject to applicable legal requirements.
  • Optional activities: obtain consent where required. An inquiry is not a marketing subscription; this website does not install advertising profiling or visitor analytics tools.

Where a legitimate-interest ground applies, the purpose must be assessed against individuals’ rights and reasonable expectations. Consent can be withdrawn for future consent-based activity without invalidating earlier lawful use. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

5. Who may receive information

Relevant information may be accessed by authorized staff and technical providers as needed to operate, maintain or support the service. For agreed work, necessary details may be shared with suppliers, inspection or warehouse teams, fulfillment partners, carriers, customs brokers, destination agents and competent authorities. Information may also need to be disclosed for a lawful request or a legal claim.

Share only what is needed for the task. A carrier may require a recipient’s address and telephone number; that does not mean a supplier needs your entire customer list. Where provider agreements or processing instructions are required, they must address the actual service and applicable obligations.

The website does not sell inquiry data or automatically distribute it to carriers when you browse. Contact us if you need the recipients or data flow clarified before sharing fulfillment records.

6. International handling

Our operational context involves Hong Kong, mainland China and the relevant destination country. Communication, hosting and logistics providers may use systems in additional locations. Information sent through WhatsApp or Telegram is processed under those providers’ own arrangements as well as our handling of the conversation.

Privacy rules can differ between locations. Where applicable law restricts a transfer, the relevant parties must establish a permitted transfer basis and any required safeguards for the actual flow. This notice does not claim that every provider uses a particular contractual safeguard or that all information remains in one country. Ask the team about the relevant locations and arrangements before transferring a customer file.

7. Retention, business records and backups

How long information is needed depends on the record: an unresolved inquiry, an active stock or delivery instruction, a completed transaction, an accounting or customs obligation, or an ongoing dispute. Necessary records may have different retention requirements. Retention should be assessed for the actual business record and applicable obligations; no universal automatic deletion period is promised by this notice.

Information no longer needed should be reviewed for deletion or anonymization, subject to applicable obligations. You may ask us to review a specific record. If some information must be retained, we will explain the applicable reason and limits.

Backups, correspondence and copies held by external providers can have separate retention cycles. Clearing your browser, closing a chat or deleting a message from your device does not automatically erase our records or a carrier’s records. Request server-record review through the contact channels below.

8. Security and information minimization

Access to business records should be restricted to authorized recipients for the agreed purpose. Use only necessary information and confirm the appropriate channel for shipment documents. No system or communication channel can guarantee complete security.

Do not send passwords, payment security codes, full card details or unnecessary identity documents in an initial chat. If a shipment legally requires identity or customs documents, first confirm why they are required, who will receive them and the appropriate delivery channel. Remove unrelated personal information from photographs and spreadsheets where possible.

Report suspected disclosure or unauthorized access through a known contact channel. Any incident response and notifications must follow the facts and applicable legal requirements.

9. Your rights and how to request them

Depending on the law and our role, you may have rights to be informed, access or obtain a copy, correct information, request erasure, restrict use, object to processing, obtain portability or withdraw consent. Some rights have conditions and exceptions; legally required records or active claims may limit deletion.

Send “Privacy request — SinoWarehousing” through WhatsApp or Telegram. Describe your request and provide a conversation, quotation or shipment reference if available. We may ask for proportionate verification or proof of authority before releasing personal information; do not send identity documents unsolicited.

We respond within the deadlines required by the law that applies and explain any lawful limitation or permitted extension. Where EU or UK data-protection rules apply, the usual response period is one month, subject to lawful exceptions and extensions. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including Hong Kong’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data where relevant, or your applicable local authority. You do not have to contact us first where the law provides a direct complaint right.

10. External messaging, children and changes

WhatsApp and Telegram links open external services rather than embedded chat widgets. Their privacy and storage policies apply when you use those services. A privacy request about information held solely by a platform or carrier may also need to be directed to that provider.

The website is intended for business service planning and is not directed at children. If a child’s personal information was supplied without appropriate authority, contact us for review.

We update this notice when relevant practices change. A revised page alone does not provide consent for an incompatible new use. Where additional notice or permission is required, that must be addressed before the new activity. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage.

11. A practical privacy request

  1. Contact us through either chat channel below and start with “Privacy request — SinoWarehousing”. State whether you want access, a correction, a deletion review or another applicable action.
  2. Identify the relevant conversation, order or shipment and your relationship to the information. A reference is normally more useful than sending a full customer file again.
  3. If you represent someone else, explain your authority. We will identify any proportionate verification needed before disclosing records.
  4. Tell us which contact channel to use for the response. We will explain any information that cannot be located, any legal reason to retain it and any applicable route to challenge the outcome.

A request concerning a recipient’s shipment data may need to be coordinated with the seller that instructed the service. That does not prevent you from asking us to clarify our role. Do not post personal information in a public review or comment to make a privacy request.

12. Privacy guidance and external policies

The following sources explain the relevant framework or the external service’s own practices; they do not replace this notice or the assessment of your shipment’s actual data flow.

  • Hong Kong PCPD: Six Data Protection Principles — collection, accuracy, retention, use, security, openness, access and correction.
  • WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
  • Telegram Privacy Policy.

Reference review date: 6 October 2026. External providers may update their policies independently. Ask about the provider, destination and required fields before sharing customer delivery or return records.
