GUIDE / SERVICE SELECTION
Choose the work.
Match it to your stock.
Start with where the stock is and what should happen next. Compare China receiving, preparation and staged releases with destination delivery, customer-order dispatch and returns.
Compare the work for this stock.
Select the work below to review its inputs and scope. Several stages can belong to the same stock plan; each release or additional task still needs its own approval.
| Work | Starts with | Ends with |
|---|---|---|
| China receiving & storage | Supplier deliveries with expected SKU quantities | Receiving records at the agreed counting level, with ready and unresolved stock distinguished |
| Preparation & kits | Supplier stock, approved labels and packing instructions | Prepared units or complete kits, with carton records; compare component assembly |
| Repeat replenishment | Reviewed China stock and a selected release quantity | An approved batch, its shipment records and a separate remaining balance |
| Temporary stock hold | Stock awaiting a counting, condition or handling decision | An agreed hold, stated verification limits and the next review point |
| Freight & warehouse delivery | Finished cartons and an accepted receiving arrangement | Approved transport scope, carrier handover and delivery evidence when available |
| Customer-order dispatch | Sellable inventory and individual customer orders | Consumer parcels handled by the accepted program or appointed operator |
| Local returns | Authorized returns and an accepted receiving route | Agreed inspection evidence and the seller’s approved stock instruction |
Why the distinction changes a quote.
Per-unit prep work does not automatically include storage, international freight, import clearance, platform fees or customer order dispatch. A local return address does not automatically include inspection, repair, refunds or replacement shipping.
Compare quotes with the same receiving scope, packaging materials, quantity checks, storage period and destination responsibilities. Use the pricing scope to separate the categories.
Connect each movement with its operator.
Marketplace preparation takes place before stock is delivered into the seller’s receiving network. Warehouse replenishment moves an approved stock allocation to that receiving location. Order fulfillment handles individual customer orders from available stock.
SinoWarehousing’s China receiving and preparation work is defined in the agreed scope. Destination receiving, customer-order dispatch and local returns must identify the accepted operator, location and responsibilities. A marketplace listing on this website does not establish a service arrangement for a particular seller account.
Choose where customer-order work starts.
After choosing the service stage, confirm who holds the sellable stock and who dispatches each customer order. The table is a planning framework; the seller’s accepted country and program determine which model is available.
| Stock model | Before stock is released | Customer-order handover |
|---|---|---|
| Accepted platform warehouse | Approved product records, replenishment quantities and current receiving files. | The contracted program handles the work stated in its current service scope. |
| Seller or appointed local operator | Confirmed receiving location, available inventory and approved packing version. | Order records, parcel labels, executing carrier and tracking evidence are agreed with that operator. |
| Approved supplier-direct orders | Account permission, actual stock availability, declared dispatch origin and order instructions. | Keep the order and carrier reference with each parcel; confirm the seller’s customer-service and returns process. |
Planning example: Two allocations of the same product use different models. One replenishes an accepted warehouse; another waits for customer orders at the seller’s dispatch location. A warehouse carton label is not a substitute for that customer’s parcel label. Reconcile and release the two allocations separately.
- Accepted seller account, country and product
- Stock receiver and the executing customer-order operator
- Current product, carton or parcel files for that movement
- Import, customer remedies and approved returns responsibilities
Discuss the starting point.
Share the product, approximate quantity, current stock location and the next action you need. Add the intended channel or destination if known. Unconfirmed counts, dates and measurements can stay open for the first discussion.
For staged releases, distinguish the quantity leaving now from the stock remaining in China. For destination work, identify the receiving or dispatch operator and the responsibilities still to agree.
