Lazada’s official order documentation distinguishes warehouse-fulfilled orders from seller-direct orders. Lazada University lists separate logistics guidance; these references do not prove that a seller is accepted into a particular program.
Prepare the shipment.

Confirm the model
Identify the country, seller account and whether stock replenishment or order dispatch is intended.

Separate the records
Keep warehouse replenishment quantities separate from customer-order parcel records.

Approve the packed unit
Match variants, protection and any inserts to the approved listing and seller instructions.

Check the handover
Confirm labels, dispatch location, handover reference and responsibility for delivery evidence.
Bring the right records.

- Packed dimensions, carrier handover and return arrangements
Send these records through WhatsApp or Telegram. Receiving, preparation, freight and destination handling are quoted for the confirmed product and route.
Resolve a mismatch.
Planning example: A supplier prints one label for every order variant. Reconcile the actual order items and shipping files before the batch proceeds.

Plan returns and stock recovery.
Agree whether parcels return to the local dispatch operator, platform route or another accepted receiving location. Keep order reference, variant and condition evidence with each parcel.
Destination availability, restricted handling and the receiving address require shipment-specific acceptance. Confirm the address before stock or customer parcels move.
