EUROPE / PREP BRIEF
KauflandKaufland
Prepared in China.
Prepare stock for the seller’s confirmed dispatch warehouse and country-specific Kaufland delivery settings.
Choose the actual model.
Kaufland onboarding guidance asks sellers to configure shipping and warehouse information, including fulfillment provider locations. This is not a universal instruction to send stock to a Kaufland warehouse.
Prepare the shipment.
- 01
Confirm dispatch settings
Identify the country storefront, dispatch operator and seller-approved warehouse information.
- 02
Plan replenishment
Agree the stock list and intake references with the actual fulfillment operator.
- 03
Approve order packaging
Match the product variant, packaging and parcel measurements to the agreed delivery service.
- 04
Connect order evidence
Agree the order export, tracking handover and exception contact before launch.
Bring the right records.
- Country storefront and confirmed dispatch warehouse
- Operator’s replenishment and product identification instructions
- Seller delivery settings and agreed tracking handover
- Return contact, receiving address and disposition criteria
Send these records through WhatsApp or Telegram. Receiving, preparation, freight and destination handling are quoted for the confirmed product and route.
Resolve a mismatch.
Planning example: The prep brief assumes marketplace admission also includes warehouse intake. Obtain the actual operator’s acceptance and intake files first.
An illustrative control point, not a customer case or a platform penalty claim.
Plan returns and stock recovery.
Align customer-facing return instructions with the accepted receiving location. Agree order identification, condition recording and restock approval with the operator.
Destination availability, restricted handling and the receiving address require shipment-specific acceptance. Confirm the address before stock or customer parcels move.
