LATIN AMERICA / CHILE AND PERU / PREP BRIEF
Falabella MarketplaceFalabella Marketplace
Prepared in China.
Prepare China replenishment for the seller’s accepted Chile or Peru operation, keeping warehouse inventory separate from local customer-order handover.
Identify the operating model.
Falabella’s Chile guide describes Fulfillment by Falabella warehouse intake, inspection and subsequent order preparation. Its Peru logistics page describes Fulfillment by Seller: the seller stores and packs stock, then uses pickup or enabled Drop Off. The Peru page’s “Dropshipping” means local carrier collection from the seller’s business; it does not establish China-direct shipping permission.
Connect the stock stages.
- 01
Confirm country and model
Identify the accepted account, actual stock origin and receiving operator. Confirm Chile fulfillment admission or the seller-held route; obtain separate current instructions for Peru.
- 02
Allocate supplier inventory
Match SKUs, variants, accessories and quantities to each country allocation. Keep stock in China or replenishment transit separate from the local stock the seller makes available.
- 03
Approve the physical packet
For Chile fulfillment, obtain the approved receiving request, appointment and product/carton labels. For seller-held stock, use the receiver’s replenishment files; customer orders later need their own local labels.
- 04
Connect receiving and dispatch
Record packed dimensions, contents and receipt exceptions. The seller’s responsible local team supplies invoice records and account actions; preparation matches physical units to those approved records.
Approve the preparation records.
| Control point | Seller file or confirmation | China preparation decision |
|---|---|---|
| Country allocation | Country/SKU reservation and actual stock location | Hold allocations with conflicting origins or destinations. |
| Packet identity | Approved intake request or local order files | Keep warehouse cartons separate from customer parcels. |
| Receiving condition | Packing specification and carton-condition record | Resolve damage, incomplete sets or label mismatches before release. |
Resolve the exception.
Planning example: A Peru replenishment carton carries a Chile fulfillment label. Hold it, reconcile the country allocation and obtain the Peru receiver’s correct files before release.
This illustrates a stock decision and is not a customer case or a platform penalty claim.
Plan returns and stock withdrawal.
Chile fulfillment intake rejects and buyer returns are different movements; use the relevant account instruction. Peru’s buyer guidance directs other-seller returns through Mis compras. Confirm the onward receiver, order, variant and condition decision with the seller. Neither a customer request nor a store location establishes an accepted overseas return address.
Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.
