Identify the accepted market, account and Local Dropshipping, FBZ or expressly invited IDS arrangement. Obtain the actual receiving location and country instructions before allocating China stock.

Reconcile fashion variants
Match style, color, size-system and product identifiers to physical garments or footwear. Check pairs, sets, attached tags and agreed accessories; preserve brand packaging where instructed.

Approve the intake preparation
For FBZ replenishment, use the assigned current unit, carton and receiving files. For local seller stock, follow its receiver’s packet and identify the operator responsible for customer parcels.

Release the accepted allocation
Record quantities, packed measurements and carton contents. Confirm product handling, importer and destination acceptance; report shortages or variant discrepancies before the operator marks inventory available.

Planning example: A hypothetical footwear batch uses the supplier’s size code while the seller allocation uses another size system. Hold the affected pairs and obtain a verified product mapping before printing labels or assigning country stock.

ZALORA’s seller return FAQ directs sellers to each country’s return policy and distinguishes failed delivery from customer returns. Obtain the current authorized route and receiver for the relevant model. Record size, tags, packaging, accessories and condition before restock; country return rights and any stock withdrawal require separate confirmation.
Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.
