Separate Fulfillment by Blibli replenishment from seller-held Indonesian stock and local parcel handover when preparing China supplier inventory.
Identify the operating model.
Blibli’s 2025 sustainability report describes Fulfillment by Blibli (FBB) as storage, packing and shipping through its Indonesian warehouse network. Its regular seller-order guide separately distinguishes DROPSHIP, where a created package is handed to logistics, from PICKUP, which requires seller opt-in. The DROPSHIP label describes that order flow; it does not establish China supplier-direct admission.
Connect the stock stages.
- 01
Identify the inventory model
Confirm the accepted seller and whether this quantity replenishes FBB or the seller’s Indonesian operation. Obtain the assigned receiver and current intake instructions before consolidation.
- 02
Reconcile products and locations
Match supplier variants, accessories and quantities to seller SKUs. Keep stock allocated to different receiving or dispatch locations identifiable, even when cartons travel together.
- 03
Approve the physical batch
Record unit labels, carton contents and final packed measurements. Confirm product handling, importer responsibility and the receiving operator’s acceptance instead of using a customer label for replenishment.
- 04
Prepare local parcel evidence
For seller-held orders, obtain current package and shipping files plus the enabled handover method. Pass the agreed stock record to the local operator; FBB follows its accepted intake packet.
Approve the preparation records.
| Control point | Seller file or confirmation | China preparation decision |
|---|---|---|
| Service allocation | Approved FBB intake or seller-held stock instruction | Keep warehouse replenishment separate from individual customer parcels. |
| Location identity | Seller SKU, receiving location and pickup-point map | Hold quantities assigned to an unconfirmed receiving or handover point. |
| Package record | Current order grouping, labels and final measurements | Connect the physical contents to the executing operator’s actual parcel record. |
Resolve the exception.
Planning example: A hypothetical replenishment carton contains products for two Indonesian dispatch locations but carries one customer-order label. Hold the carton, separate its location allocations and obtain the correct receiving files before release.
This illustrates a stock decision and is not a customer case or a platform penalty claim.
Plan returns and stock withdrawal.
Blibli’s public return guidance requests product photos and unboxing evidence, then reviews whether physical return is needed. Obtain the authorized return reference, label and receiver before moving goods. Keep buyer returns, failed delivery and FBB inventory recovery separate; record accessories and condition before an approved restock or rework decision.
Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.
