Prepare electronics stock in China for the seller’s approved dispatch operation and the relevant MediaMarkt or Saturn storefront.

Confirm the seller operation
Identify the accepted storefront, seller and actual dispatch operator. Obtain current receiving instructions for China replenishment and establish how local stock becomes available for customer orders.

Match electronics identity
Reconcile model number, capacity, color, regional version and listed condition. Agree whether serial-number recording is needed, and define the accessory and power-supply specification.

Approve the preparation scope
Check retail-box condition and cushioning against the agreed sample. Ask for battery details and route acceptance. Keep visual inspection, power-on testing and refurbishment as separately agreed tasks.

Connect stock and orders
Reconcile the replenishment packing record with the receiving operator. For customer dispatch, preserve the seller’s order reference, parcel contents and carrier tracking handover.

Resolve the exception.
Planning example: Two tablets share a model family but have different storage capacities. Separate the allocations and identifier files before packing, then hold any unit whose capacity cannot be matched to the seller’s approved SKU.

Follow the marketplace seller’s return instruction and accepted receiving route. Retain order, accessory and any agreed serial evidence. Connected devices may need an agreed account-lock and data-reset check before a resale decision; this should be scoped with the responsible operator.
Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.
