Separate FBW warehouse replenishment from FBS order preparation and DBS seller delivery.
Identify the operating model.
Wildberries’ official model guide calls warehouse-held stock FBW. FBS uses seller-held stock and seller-packed orders handed to Wildberries; DBS uses seller delivery. The current seller country and enabled model define the working instructions.

Confirm the local model
Identify FBW, FBS or DBS and the seller country before choosing a preparation template.

Approve item identity
Match variants and seller-issued barcodes; ask which product marking information must remain visible.

Separate replenishment from orders
For FBW use the approved supply allocation. For FBS use actual order and transport references.

Reconcile the handover
Confirm the current receiving point, unit counts, carton records and evidence required by the operator.
Approve the preparation records.

Resolve the exception.
Planning example: An FBS order label is applied to a replenishment batch intended for FBW. Hold that allocation until the seller confirms the model and supplies the correct files.

Plan returns and stock withdrawal.
Separate buyer returns, rejected stock and warehouse return-to-seller movements. Confirm the current account’s recipient, collection route and disposition instructions before arranging any local stock recovery.
Confirm destination acceptance, handling restrictions and the return receiving address for the actual product and shipment before anything moves.
