EAST ASIA / PREP BRIEF
CoupangCoupang
Prepared in China.
Identify the seller’s Coupang route before preparing China stock for the approved receiving location.
Choose the actual model.
Coupang describes CGF as a fulfillment option for global sellers. Rocket Growth is a separate seller fulfillment offering. Do not treat those names as interchangeable warehouse instructions.
Prepare the shipment.
- 01
Identify the program
Confirm the seller account, destination and accepted CGF, Rocket Growth or seller-dispatch workflow.
- 02
Approve product records
Match the seller product references, variants and quantities to the current inbound or order plan.
- 03
Prepare the batch
Review unit packaging, current label files and carton contents with the receiving operator.
- 04
Authorize handover
Confirm the actual origin receiving point, carrier and shipment reference before release.
Bring the right records.
- Seller account, destination and accepted fulfillment program
- Current product list, identifiers and receiving instructions
- Final unit packaging and carton allocation
- Confirmed receiving point and exception contact
Send these records through WhatsApp or Telegram. Receiving, preparation, freight and destination handling are quoted for the confirmed product and route.
Resolve a mismatch.
Planning example: Stock is routed to a Korean domestic receiving point using a global seller brief. Hold dispatch until the approved program confirms the correct destination.
An illustrative control point, not a customer case or a platform penalty claim.
Plan returns and stock recovery.
Agree how customer returns, rejected inbound stock and inventory removal are handled for the accepted program. A local return address needs separate acceptance.
Destination availability, restricted handling and the receiving address require shipment-specific acceptance. Confirm the address before stock or customer parcels move.
Build the return planOfficial reference.
Reviewed October 6, 2026. Global seller CGF reference; admission and current destination scope require confirmation. Platform references describe seller workflows and do not imply partnership status.
