Decide by program, not by brand
A common mistake is treating Allegro, eMAG, bol, Kaufland, Cdiscount, OTTO, Zalando as separate brands that each need a separate playbook. In practice the preparation decision is made by country plus fulfillment program: the identifier, the pack version, and the inbound documents follow the program's rules. Start every batch by confirming the country and the program before any labeling.
The shared European flow
Most European programs follow the same shape: confirm country and program, check product eligibility and local-language information, prepare carton or pallet labels and the delivery appointment, then assign the importer and compliance responsibility. The shared per-unit tasks are on our marketplace prep page. What changes between programs is the eligibility, the identifier, and the receiving request.
Local-language information and compliance
European programs frequently require local-language product information and compliance marks, set per destination market. The same product may need different information depending on where it is fulfilled, so the language and marks are confirmed per market before sealing. Getting this wrong is a leading cause of packs failing inspection at the inbound center.
Assign importer and compliance responsibility
Before stock leaves China, the importer and the compliance and returns responsibility must be assigned for each destination. A missing importer owner is one of the most common causes of inbound delays. This is confirmed as part of the inbound plan and recorded with the batch's shipment records.
Allegro One Fulfillment: eligibility and delivery
Allegro One Fulfillment lets Polish and broader European sellers store stock with Allegro and ship from its network, but the units still have to be prepared and cartonized correctly before they are accepted. The first step is confirming the country and the fulfillment program, because Allegro's rules are set by the program, not by the Allegro name alone. Not every product qualifies for One Fulfillment, so the eligibility check belongs at the planning stage, before stock is received in China.

Send us the listing and destination — we check eligibility against the current One Fulfillment catalog before you ship.
eMAG FBE: country and receiving request
eMAG operates across several countries, and the receiving rules are set by the country and the FBE program, not by the eMAG name alone. Confirming the destination country first decides the identifier, the pack version, and the documents. FBE then issues a receiving request that the carton contents must match exactly: correct SKUs, correct quantities, and the correct carton and pallet labels.
Program pages with the receiving details
This page does not repeat every program's rules. The specifics for Allegro One and eMAG FBE are covered above; the broader European programs are linked from our marketplace prep hub. Use this page to choose the right program, then open the program page for the exact receiving request and warehouse handoff.
